This will give you tips and facts so that you can understand them and use them to your advantage in keeping healthy and living longer!

Now a days, people have so many things they want to do in a lifetime when a lifetime is so short.

How do you live longer? Follow these steps:

  1. Eat a handful of nuts 5 times a week. This will add about 2 years to your lifetime.
  2. Drink lots of water. Studies show that people who drink more water are less likely to have a fatal heart attack. 
  3. Exercise. Even if its just walking or strolling by a park, its still excercising. This will keep you fit and away from diseases and will also keep you away from being obese.
  4. Eat Your Veggies! Eating vegetables will keep you healthy because they will make you feel full between meals. Fruits and vegetables will give you lots of vitamins and minerals!
  5. Good Sleep. No matter how tiring the day is or how frustrating it is, a good night sleep will always make you feel better the next morning. Sleeping will also let your organs rest so that they won't tire out when you're old. Making them last longer.

The most important thing that will make you live longer is HAPPINESS! Happiness will let you have wonderful thoughts, give you wonderful ideas and will inspire you to try your hardest at everything! Even if its to live longer.
