Effective Massage to Delay Body's Aging

An effective massage method that comprises parts of abdomen, forehead, hands, ears, legs, rib, nose and lumbar for thorough health.

Hand

Gently massage around the back and palm in a clockwise followed by anti-clockwise direction for 50 times each. These massages promote stimulation to the brain and body's nerve, increase the sensitivity of hands, improve the soft texture of hands, and resistance towards cold, hence helping to delay hand aging.

Forehead

Gently massage around the upper and lower part of forehead in a clockwise followed by anti-clockwise direction for 50 times each. These massages are useful to keep brain refreshing and energetic, besides reducing the formation of wrinkles.

Nose

Gently rub the nose with index fingers on both sides for 50 times each. Nose rubbing not only nourish the smoothness of nasal cavity, but also prevent influenza or running nose, and thus helpful to cure rhinitis.

Ears

Gently massage the upper and lower part of the ears with the palm for 50 times each. These massages stimulate acupoints (specific sites spread all over the body and are always used for Chinese's acupuncture treatment) around the ears to promote body health while enhancing hearing ability.

Ribs

First rub gently on the left hand followed by the right hand for 50 times each to stimulate acupoints around the left and right hands. These massages assist in calming down the heart.

Abdomen

First rub gently on the right abdomen followed by the left part in a rotation for 50 times each. These massages are helpful to promote digestion while preventing constipation as well as stimulating bowel action.

Lumbar

Use palms to massage gently around the lumbar up and down for 50 times each followed by a rotation for 50 times each. These massages help reinforcing the kidneys and lumbar's vitality, preventing as well as relieving lumbar ache.

Legs

First rub gently right leg with left hand followed by left leg with right hand up and down for 50 times each. This time, do the same but in a rotation for 50 times each. Legs are considered as “the second heart”, and thus legs massages promote better blood circulation, intensify and enhance the function of endocrine system, strengthen the body's immune resistance towards diseases, while enhancing the ability of legs towards coldness.

Remarks

For better results, one should massage hand, forehead, nose, ears, ribs, abdomen, lumbar and legs everyday, preferably to do in the early morning while getting up from the bed. If you do not have much time, you may do this massage during bedtime at night. Anyone, primarily patients of any diseases should practice this for thorough health. Avoid aggressive massage on hands, forehead and ears, exception for nose, ribs, abdomen, lumbar and legs but moderation is preferred. By adopting this massaging method, you are not only rewarded with better health, but also delaying aging to be taken place on parts of your body. I wish you good health and good luck.

The pictures begs to be more specific to the massage steps. They are abvious downloads of models or media personalities and do not demonstrate clearly the massage steps. Article is brief in information and amatuer in content.
