Here are Some Valuable Tips on Keeping Your Skin Youthful

We all wish we could have that youthful fresh 21 yr.old skin again. Here are many tips on how to slow the aging process and keep youthful skin longer.

Do you feel your skin has taken a turn for the worst?does your skin look dehrydrated and tired....well i bet there are a few things you may not have known from teenage years,it is never to early to moisturize your face before applying makeup, most think you have to be 30 to start that....WRONG here are some tips to help rejuvinate and keep skin looking younger longer......

  1. Water is a key essential to healthy looking and well hydrated skin,at least 6 to 8 glasses a day
  2. You should exfoliate at least twice a week,to rid skin of dead cells
  3. Always use a moisturizer before going out with a spf of at least 15,,sun damage in time speeds up the aging process leaving deep lines and rough skin
  4. Vaseline is fantastic for the lips ,it prevents chapping and lips are soft to the touch
  5. You dont have to buy expensive lotions and creams...one is already in your home, yes milk/try putting a few drops on a warm clothe and pat your face then rinse, you will get a soft and creamy complexion, some people even take a milk bath(1 cup of milk to your bath water)
  6. Eat well balanced meals, breakfast is the most important of the day, avoid to much caffeine it depletes the skin of moisture
  7. Vitamin E capsules is amazing for the skin along with other things
  8. Be active it causes blood to flow to the heart which gives color to the face, along with sending signals to the brain of a healthy body
  9. Try to avoid preventable stress, this can cause lines to form faster due to frowning and all the stretching of your face from yelling!stress ages one faster than you know
  10. Try using satin sheets instead of other materials,it prevents indents that turn permanent in time due to your face being in the pillow, your face will glide with satin and not tug
  11. Breath...take a few deep breaths,relax.....practice some breathing techniques!

I hope you enjoy these tips and give them a try!!

You are right when you said that taking care of your skin when you are young is a jumpstart on having healthy skin when you are older. The most important for young people is to never be overly exposed to the sun or tanning beds or they will pay the price when they are older. Good tips.......

I have to comment on johnny b's comment that was to funny who knows maybe you have the answer to the energy crisis a dollar at the pump doesn't give you gas but maybe 2 gallons of milk in the tub does.........
