Is Your Middle Age Spreading?

Past the magic age of 25, some people start growing sideways. Stay slimmer without dieting and huge amounts of exercise.

As we get older and wiser, some of us gain more than knowledge. We start growing sideways, when we hit middle age. In North America, it seems that as we get older, we get wider, we start adding a few pounds.

According to the latest research, women gain an average of 16 pounds of body weight from the age of 25 to 54. During this same period men gain an average 10 pounds. Smart nutrition and regular exercise are often promoted to help prevent weight gain. In fact in a two year study of men whose diet and exercise levels were closely followed, active men and those who limited their TV exposure were less likely to be overweight.

At the Brown University School of Medicine, a researcher conducted an extensive review of past studies related to exercise, obesity and weight loss. The researcher found that those who are overweight who reduce calories and add exercise to their day can lose an extra five to seven pounds. One of the failings of calorie reduction is that when diets dip below 1200 calories tend to be short on adequate nutrition. Experts suggest supplementation with a vitamins and minerals. Most pills are put together with tonnage and glue. Most of it comes out the other end of that 26 foot long tube and passes over the lips of the great white throne.

There are super foods made that come in at 84 calories per bottle. One bottle is a snack for an adult and a meal for a child. It is manufactured using a process called nano-dispersion. It is so assumable that you almost don't need a stomach to absorb it. There really is nothing to digest. The particles are so small that they are absorbed very quickly. They contain protein, essential fatty acids, fiber, vitamins and minerals. What is so fabulous about these product is that you can save approximately 1000 calories at breakfast by taking this whole food replacement. Hmmm, that's 7000 calories a week and 365,000 calories per year. So much for middle age spread!

Although some factors, such as aging, are uncontrollable, women can work to prevent or diminish the weight gain. One of the major reasons for the slowing of metabolism is the loss of lean body mass that occurs with aging. The only way to stop this is to exercise regularly. This includes aerobic exercise, such as walking and bicycling, for maintaining or losing weight, as well as resistance exercises, such as lifting weights, to maintain or increase lean tissue stores, the metabolically active component of our bodies. Exercise along with super food supplements also supports bone health. Some age-related changes have in the past been almost impossible to change, such as the change in the elasticity of the skin. Fortunately, the highly bioactive Aloe rebuilds the 15 different types of collagen in the body, including the skin.

A healthy approach to lasting weight loss begins with a nutritious diet filled with high-fiber, low-calorie fruit and vegetables, lean protein, Aloe supplementation, a high anthocyanin product, a super food replacement for one meal, a highly bioactive greens product and daily physical activity.
