Five Steps to Fight Cellulite

  1. Exercise

    Burn excess stored fat and keep muscles well toned. Whether you walk, jog, squat, lunge, or do a combination of all these, you are taking that key step to keeping cellulite at bay.
  2. Firming Wash

    You can also reduce “cottage cheese” with body washes that help tone your skin. These contain ingredients that firm up your problem areas. Works well with regular workouts.
  3. Exfoliate

    Slough off dead skin cells; they make cellulite more unattractive. Doing so regularly helps minimize dimples or orange-peel skin.
