I was suffering from unsightly warts for nearly 2 years. I had 9 ugly looking warts on my hands and they were getting me down, I was at the point where I stopped going out with my friends to the pub because I was so embarrassed. I always felt wherever I was people were looking at me. I think that any person who suffers with this infection can understand where I am coming from.
After my first visit to the doctors, I was given an ointment to put on them which I was told would kill the top layer of skin and then eventually the warts. After 6 weeks of treatment I saw no improvement. I was the told to go to the cryogenic clinic to get them frozen I had to do this every 2 weeks and did this for 4 months. Not only did this not work but it bloody hurt and would have blisters for a week afterwards which if you use your hands a lot at work is very very uncomfortable, also during this time not only did any of my warts get removed but more appeared on my fingers and hands.
My hands have no warts now and look great it only took 3 to 4 weeks, it was free and this is how I did it. I must add at this point that you have to be persistent with this believe me if you stick to it it will be well worth your time.
First of all with a nail file or emery board file all your warts to get rid of all dead skin, try and file as flat as you can or until they start to bleed.
Second use grey duck tape and cover all warts with it as if it was a plaster, try to make sure that there will be no air getting to the warts and stick is as tight as you feel comfortable. Now leave it for a week if it comes off or becomes loose replace as soon as you can ( if it does come of and you look at the area it will look strange and pruned but don't worry it is normal ).
After you have had the tape on a week take it off before you go to bed and let your skin dry overnight. When you get up in the morning use a nail file again to do the same as you did when you started, wash your hands and let them completely dry. Reapply more duck tape to the warts and repeat. Keep doing this weekly until the warts have gone.
That's all there is to it trust me if you do this and be consistent with it I promise your wart will go and never come back. My hands have been wart free for over a year now and I owe it all to this method. I also told a friend about it that had a painful verucca on the heel of his foot and it worked for him.
