For years I haven't been able to sleep. I lay in bed for hours trying but I still can never fall asleep. I don't know why either. Maybe because I have so much on my mind that my brain won't let my body rest.
Many people have this problem. I just don't know what to do about it. I try and I try but I can never fall asleep. I tried sleeping pills, but I don't want to become dependent on something like that. I wrote about that before.
Most of the articles I write I write them in an act to try to help someone. But this one is deferent, this time I need help. I don't know the exact number but something like seven out of ten people can't sleep. So somebody has to know a way to fall asleep.
The time I write is always at night when everybody is sleeping. Not just because it's the only time I can get on, but I can't sleep at night. Unless I spend the whole day working out. But that's just as bad for you, working out so much.
