The Leading Cause of Death in the United States Heart Failure and Cardiac Arrest

It is usually painful that what ends up killing most up at some ages of their life is either heart failure or heart related complications, which sillently starts and definitely kills the patients if nothing is done. Start here now to do something and be free and save your life.

If your blood pressure is getting a little bit too high than what should be normal, we advice you listen to your body and watch it. There are some easy and natural ways to reverse and stop this death cycle from developing. Here are some cool ways to reduce blood pressure without undergoing the agonies of being prescribed anti-hypertensive medication that will leave you with untold side effects. We advocate drugless approach to care for heart disease using the guide from this site.

The main reason out of many why blood pressure becomes chronically elevated is from lack of flexibility in one's arteries. That is lack of artery relaxation. As one advances in age, the muscles become less flexible, along with the arterial muscles.

There are two biological elements that can help the arteries relax. These are: calcium and magnesium. Calcium assists muscles contraction, magnesium helps muscle to relax. These minerals are found in seafood and in green leafy vegetable foods. Remember that calcium and magnesium in the food struggles for absorption across the digestive tract; so if you decide to take a supplement of calcium, you may need to take a magnesium supplement to balance it, and vice versa. Not sure if you're deficient in magnesium? You can arrange a pathology test.

Scientists have found that dietary fiber plays a good role in reducing the blood pressure. Everybody needs about 25g to 35g of fiber in the daily diet. Many fall short of this intake. Psyllium husks (a kind of nut husks) are a good supplement to take while you adjust your diet to one higher in legumes, fruits and vegetables. One tablespoon of Psyllium husks will supply with approximately 4.6 to 5.3 g of fiber.

There are some other adjustments that could be made in one's diet which will be beneficial to lowering the blood pressure. One of such is to reduce (or avoid) processed food as they contain lots of salt (which tends to increase the blood pressure persistently) with low nutritional value. It will please to your heart to know that a little red wine (just a small glass!) with a little chocolate (1 to 2 squares!) is really good to the heart and for healthy heart conditions.

Some foods naturally help in lowering the blood pressure. Such foods include but not limited to garlic, ginger and onion. Seafood, walnuts and flaxseed (linseed) are also great additions to your diet as they contain omega-3(unsaturated fatty acids) oils to promote cell membrane flexibility. You should strongly avoid taking supplements of licorice or ginkgo biloba, as these tend to increase blood pressure.

Our bodies have tendencies to increase the blood pressure when one undergoes stressed. This transient increase in pressure helps an individual under danger to fight or flee. In modern times the stress factors tend to be constant and steady, and not related to any occasional physical threat. Learning to adjust ones stress response through exercise and fitness training and through stress reducing activities especially yoga and meditation will drastically reduce ones blood pressure very well.

Now you got the healthy living information, you know what to do: Check your calcium and magnesium intake, increase the amount of fiber in your diet, moderate exercise daily and make sure you relax very well.
