In the 60's of the 19th century, one huge “blue” family was found dwelling in the mountain of Kentucky, U.S.A. Though they had all their bodies covered with blue skins, they rarely sick, instead they had a lifespan of more than 80 years old. According to the scientist, this type of people may have indigo or the purple skin appearance instead of the blue color alone.
Vampire syndrome
People who suffered from this vampire syndrome always think that they have died. Despite of this belief, they have a high tendency of committing suicide to end their lives as quickly as possible. Their lives are always threatened with a chronic depression in which they believe that they had loss everything including their bodies, souls and even spirits. As they believe that their bodies are just like a corpse without a life, they may sometimes have a scary illusion causing them to see many worms coming out and moving around their bodies. At the same time, they will smell of dead body odor emitting from every part of their bodies.
When their bodies are exposed to the sunlight, they will have an extreme pain. Some may scream, but some may go crazy as though they are in the hell. They could hardly stand for the sunlight which will burn their bodies to dust, causing them unable to stand for the deadly affliction.
Ever-changing face syndrome
A British was unfortunately contacted with a rare genetic-related disease, resulting his skins appear as thin as papers but as elastic as rubber bands or springs. He could pull his face as long as he desires as it is elastic enough to be stretched, pulled or even twisted. When released, it will return to its original shape. Because of this congenital advantage, he has made used of it to perform tricks at the circus.
Non-stop trembling syndrome
This lady has suffered a weird disease in which her body will keep on trembling. The doctor has to inject her to calm her down.
Eating mud syndrome
A 5-year-old boy suffered from this rare disease when he was born. He has to fill his stomach with more than 100g of mud every day. And there is a bizarre habit of his as he only favors in eating mud digging nearby his house. It was reported that he has been eaten more than 50 kg of mud from the mud wall. Besides this rare eating habit, he is also suffered from a disease called thalassemia (the name of a group of genetic blood disorders).
Bead-producing legs
A 23-year-old female was discovered to have a strange and unheard disease, in which his legs could produce beads of five to six colors. According to her, before her legs could miraculously produce those beads, she suffered many days of vomiting and toothache.
Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS)
A 25-year-old man suffered from a form of obesity syndrome called Prader-Willi syndrome which caused the increased in his adrenal androgen level. Because of this syndrome, he was forced to eat and drink more to the extent that his stomach could hardly accommodate. Despite of excessive eating and drinking, his weight increased to as heavy as 250kg. This obesity was then accompanied by other obesity indulged diseases which took away his life.
Frog nose syndrome
He has a nose resembles a size of an adult frog. The growth in his nose progresses to grow gradually day by day. Now, he has his nose almost covered one third of his face. If you examine the size of his nose closely, it just looks like an adult frog sitting on top of it. Not only it is large, but also it can expand like a large air bag.
Sleeping beauty syndrome
This 8-year-old British girl had met with a rare disease called “the sleeping beauty” syndrome when she started to feel that her body was hypnotised to sleep all of a sudden. One whole night, she had her neck and body paralyzed miraculously, as though all her body was fell into a state of deep sleep.
“Coral-looking” syndrome
His body has seriously coated with coral-looking warts which turned him into a coral man. You will be shocked to look at all his hands, legs, and even laps are attached with large amount of the unknown weird things. Some of them appear in gray, brown, and black in color. When he rises up his hands, you can observe that these weird warts have hard pointed horn growth linking together to form a piece of perfect coral. As their shells are relatively hard, his fingers neither can move nor curve flexibly. Despite of the limitation in movement, he must have someone to brush his teeth, feed him to eat and many chores that he could not do by himself. The growth of corals all over his legs, causing him to have legs two fold bigger than the normal person. As diagnosed, he was engaged with this disease due to the HPV infection coupling with lower immunity and abnormal genetic code. A rare genetic fault has rendered his immune system to help stop the rapid spreading of the HPV virus through his body. Until now, doctors or even experts have no cure for this rare disease.
Albinism
A Sweden girl was diagnosed to have inherited the congenital disorder which called albinism (or albino disease). Due to the insufficient amount of the pigment melanin production in the body, her skins appear in white or very pale.
Premature senility
Although only 12 years old, this boy looks like 80-year old man. You can see from this picture that he has obvious wrinkles which are not found among the children of his age. His nerves are all clearly seen distributing all over his bald head. This disease is diagnosed to be caused by the extremely short chromosome at its ending part. Experts point out that the sufferers can only survive between 7 to 20 years, as most of them will die on the cause of artery hardening, cardiovascular disease and other aging related diseases.
Elephant's trunk-looking arm syndrome
This boy is found abnormal as his left arm appears to be an elephant's trunk looking arm rather than the human arm. Starting from the shoulder until to the fingers, they are completely black in color. This left arm is particularly rougher than his right arm. Apart from this elephant arm, he has many irregular black patches growing all over his body.
Half tree and half man syndrome
Dede, an Indonesian fisherman, has tree roots and bark-looking growths appearing all over his body after he had an accident at the age of 15. At that moment, he had a cut on his knee, and thereafter warts and welts began taking over his body and kept on growing to what resembles these “bark like” appearance. As his condition worsened, he has to depend on others for most of the tasks including eating, bathing and putting clothes. An American dermatologist, Dr. Anthony Gaspari of the University of Maryland, has come to meet him after watching the story on Discovery Channel. After diagnosing his blood and skin samples, Gaspari believed that this man was caused by the HPV infection. He concluded that Dede's rare genetic fault has impeded his immune system and thus giving a medium for the virus to hijack the cellular machinery of his skin cells which led to the huge horn like growths.
Good grief, this stuff is going to give me nightmares...lol..

Chan, when one looks at these unfortunate individuals they can truly be grateful for the blessings that they have.
This is really eye opening. We had an albino family in our home town, and two of the children were in class with my sister and I. Other than being careful in the sunlight, I don't think they had any other health issues. Now I wonder.

Very interesting article, but it would be better if you researched the proper names for the disorders. "Eating mud syndrome" is most likely Pica (where one eats non-food or atypical food items).

Those children do not have a disease called premature senility. The disease is actually called progeria. Next time you write an article, use the proper scientific names for the diseases. Not only is it more correct, but it will also make the article appear more creditable.
