10 Simple Tips For a Leaner Body and Maximized Energy Levels Throughout The Day.

This article is for anyone trying to maximize their energy levels and live a healthier lifestyle.

It is no secret that every body reacts differently when introduced to new things. This is why I am offering these 10 different tips that will benefit all body and blood types. Now, it is your job to try them out yourself and see which one’s work best for you!

  1. Eat breakfast each morning after waking, or after an early morning workout. This will jumpstart your metabolism and increase the amount of calories your body will naturally burn throughout the day.
  2. Work out on an empty stomach. Whether it’s cardiovascular exercise or lifting weights, make sure you choose a time where your stomach is empty, this way your body will be burning up to three times as many calories.
  3. Consume low calorie foods for approximately 80% of your daily intake of calories. These foods can range from lean proteins to various fruits or vegetables. The 80% is just a realistic number, unless you’re a body builder you will be consuming some high calorie food throughout the day to satisfy your body’s natural cravings.
  4. Early to bed, early to rise. Going to bed earlier and waking up earlier can do several beneficial things for your body. Your overall energy levels and metabolism will benefit to your advantage if you can adjust your sleeping patterns accordingly.
  5. Take pride in your appearance. Not only should you feel better, but take pride in looking better as well. Nourishing your body with vitamins from the sun (or tanning beds) will make your body appear fitter, and make you feel better.
  6. Limit your carbohydrate intake after 2:00 in the afternoon. This is related your bodies ability to break down foods and how your glycemic index operates.
  7. Eat dinner at 7:00 in the evening everyday. This will limit and eventually eliminate your bodies hunger before bed time. Avoiding the late night snack help you get leaner faster.
  8. Workout in the morning, before eating breakfast. Upon waking, your stomach will be at it’s emptiest point, which means this is optimal time to burn fat. Also, this will energize you for a successful and productive day.
  9. Avoid the extremes that are commonly used when trying to change your body. Do not try and alter your diet or lifestyle in a drastic way. The best way to change your body and increase energy is to change your diet and exercise program moderately, and in due time you will be achieving the results that you have always desired.
  10. Have a partner when training your body. Whether it is someone to work out with in the gym, or someone to jog with each day. Choose a person that is consistent, and has similar goals to yourself.

These tips are in no specific order of importance, again you decide which will work best for you. I changed my body drastically over the course of the last six months, and I have never felt better about myself. Good luck with your future endeavors as you become a healthier person in the future.
