Uff! Feel so good n energetic after completing my regular workout. I follow Jane Fonda's workout and she explains n does it in a much simpler way. Everyday I look forward for the evening to arrive and start my exercises. And if by any chance i miss out a day, I feel as though I may put on lots of calories. My old athletic shoes weren't comfy so yesterday went out and bought a new pair of shoes. My daugh too enjoys seeing me doing dance steps. She says mamma's friend (Jane Fonda) will appear on TV now. I was not a good dancer but Jane has taught me a few Scottish steps. They r so easy to do. I was never that happy with yoga/gym. Its been just one month since I have started aerobics. And i hope i'll get the results soon. Hope i reduce my belly ASAP. That's why am doing this so seriously. So that i can wear more sexy n tight fitting outfits and look even more glamorous; not like a mother of one.
