Level 1
20 Crunches
This is how:

10 Pushups
On knees or feet.
How: Put your hands in front of you on the floor Then, put your feet on the floor in back of you, slowly raise your butt so that you're in a upside down V. Go down slowly, then back up slowly, 10 times. If that's too hard instead of your feet on the floor put your knees on the floor , and feet in the air above them.
10 V-Ups
How: Put your butt on the floor and go up and down with the lower and upper part of your body so that each time you go up it makes a V. When you come down do not touch the floor with your feet, back, or hands.
15 Lunges
Start out in a kneeling position, like you're about to propose to somebody go up from that position so that you're legs are straight and one foot is about one- two feet from the other foot. One foot should be in front of the other. Go back down, then up again. Do that 15 times.
Level 2
- 30 crunches
- 20 push-ups
- 20 v-ups
- 30 lunges
Level 3
- 45 crunches
- 35 push-ups
- 35 V-ups
- 45 lunges
Eating
Most people eat brownies, cupcakes, cookies, and chips all the time. Well, don't! It ruins your body. Although, don't fast. Some healthy ideas would be Soy Ice-cream, Soups, Yoplait Yogurt, fruits, vegetables, breads, peanut butter, sesame seeds, agave nectar, and nuts. Though this doesn't mean you can never eat regular ice cream or cookies or chips. Only have these unhealthy foods, at the most, once-twice a month, not every day. Also, don't eat at fast food places. Get a healthy cookbook and make something!
