Basic exercises to do at the gym to get your legs, chest, and shoulders in shape.

Chest

  • Incline barbell bench press
  • Dumbbell incline press
  • Incline dumbbell flies
  • Standing cable flies
  • Seated flies

Shoulders

  • Standing barbell shoulder presses
  • Upright rows standing with barbell
  • Dumbbells front lat raises
  • Lat raises with dumbbells (side to side)

Legs

  • Barbell or hack squats
  • Leg extensions
  • seated leg presses
  • seated leg curls
  • both hip abductor machines
