Best Exercise To Keep You Fit

I was watching TV and suddenly my enlarged tummy drew my attention and a magical word Exercise came to my mind. I searched the word in a renowned dictionary and the definition which comes out was "Activity that requires physical or mental exertion, especially when performed to develop or maintain fitness".

I got so excited that made up my mind to join a gym to loose weight and some how make my looks like Arnold Schwarzenegger.

First seven days were so excited at gym, watching your shaking piece of meat and bones in front of a huge mirror and it gives so pleasure watching curls formed while working on each step. I was on the top of the world and was searching all old t-shirts in my wardrobe which I can wore now but the myth ends soon and all passion for gym ends, woken up early was tough and then doing a work out for an hour and going office makes it all appears like climbing Mount Everest and I landed again in front my TV with same old tummy looming over my body.

But for the benefit of my large number of friends I would like to recommend few exercises which will help them like anything and they can see drastic results within week without spending a single penny for gym or any medical tablets or fees of dieticians. The following exercises are:

  1. Holding Wife in your arms

    This is best recommend exercise for those people who love to do workout from home. Hold your wife in your both arms and carry her all over till the time your arms give up. But there are few side effects too, always be cautious that to carry your wife only (not neighbor's wife) and be very careful that you gently place your wife back on floor after exercise otherwise your next three days will went in paining of the punches from your wife.
  2. Use Stairs in Office

    I know most of the people have offices on some high floors and escalator is the best mean to use but believe me try to avoid them and use stairs. You will feel six pack abs within a period of three weeks but this exercise is hazardous for those people who have offices located above eighth floor. So those people should avoid the above mentioned exercise otherwise they will land in hospital rather than having fit body.
  3. Car's gas in reserve

    This is again very effective exercise for those who love to do work out outside in fresh air, so whenever your car comes in reserve and it demands gas to run then try to avoid refilling for next few days and one day your car will stop mid - way and yes that's the time for your outdoor exercise, first of all pushing car to sideway and then going to fetch gas will sheds your lot of fats and you will feel fresh like anything. Again it's my job to tell you about the side effects that if your car stops in middle of traffic in city then you may inhale lot of carbon- oxide which is dangerous for health.
  4. Super Market Shopping

    Next time you go to super market to catch grocery for the home try to avoid carry cart bucket and try to carry all items in the carry basket, this will make your arms strong and your ankle will grew more strong but again side effects are that if you miss the bucket then might ending up destroying few items, for which you need to pay.
