1st exercise- start off by doing incline barbell bench presses. Do light enough weight so you can do it at least 10 ten times and do 3 sets.
2nd exercise- now go do incline dumbbell bench presses and do light enough weight so you can do it for reps of 10 and do 3 sets.
3rd exercise- now do incline dumbbell flies and light weight and do it for 10 reps and 3 sets.
Final exercise- finish off by doing cable flies standing up and again light weight,10 reps and 3 sets.
It might seem like it's a lot so let your body recover 4 days before working your chest again.
