Cardio and just do it

So you finally decide that you need to do cardio but just doing five minutes on one machine is enough for you and you know you need to do more but you really cant get into it. Well here are some tips if you go to a gym and want to make cardio go by fast. Start by doing one machine for five minutes and do another one for fives minutes and one more for five minutes and before you know it, you have just done 15 minutes of cardio and it might not seem like a lot but it’s good if you are just beginning to start cardio and you know that your body can handle it.

Try to do this routine for at least five days a week and stick with it, even if you are real tired and you don’t want to do it. Maybe you like the outdoors, so go for a long walk or run or jog. You can even just ride a bicycle and that is some good cardio there. Cardio can be very tiring and can seem like a lot of work but once you start to see results and see how your body changes, than it is defiantly worth it and will motivate you. So start doing some cardio and start getting results and like always, get the doctor’s ok before starting any exercise regime.
