Instead of losing weight they gain more, instead of gaining, they loss more. In that sense, something wrong about their own diet program. Try to look at the following diet mistakes men and women made.

  1. Skipping meals, especially breakfast. Breakfast is the important meal of the day to sustain your body throughout the day. If skipping breakfast is one of your best strategies, consider it not. For breakfast, according to research, can actually help you loss pounds. It's because cereals is a carbohydrates-rich food that gives you energy while making you full and curbing mid-morning cravings.

Calories is needed in the body to fuel up energy. Eating enough calories can sustain your day, it is like filling up a gas tank on your car. Calories will turn into a fat whenever you don't burn it. Though, we need calories, we also need to burn it also.
  3. Loss track about what you eat. Eating can be addictive. When you don't know the food you eat, how many calories you put into your mouth, especially when you were so focus on something, this might not be a good strategy to lose weight. Even small snacks such as Oreo, chips and Hershey kisses contain much calories that will make you fat.
  4. Starvation. This diets are also called "crash" diets. When you eat nothing, it will make your body weak, develops fatigue and nutrients loss in your system. Moreover, if you're starving, you will eat more than one full meal and eat everything to satisfy your own hunger. Through this, you weight more than you expected. Your body seeks for fuel and if you starve yourself, the food you take doesn't burn more quickly because your fat stores are preserved.
  5. Too much alcohol and beverages. This drinks contain more than calories than your body needs. So, if you're taking more alcohol everyday, no wonder why you gain more weight easily even if you're not the big eater.
  6. Junk Food Addict. Even if you're not eating the right meal or a healthy food and just mainly junk foods- you can still gain weight. Junk foods has much calories rather than the normal food.
  7. Wrong motivation. If you try to lose too much weight as fast as one week, you'll get discouraged after the next few weeks and you'll stop doing your diet program. You need to take a slow pace, then set a goal to lose five or ten pounds over a month.
  8. Diet only without exercise. It takes two to tango. So, that means diet and working out or exercise can be the best way to keep tract of your weight. If you only do dieting, you will not lose weight, mixed it up with exercise and it will work.
