What to keep in mind while determining an exercise schedule.
Exercise is a great way of burning off the excess calories and keep your body fit. You can have a fit body by getting rid of the calories and you can maintain your body in good health. It is good to allot a time to do exercise. You have to do exercise even if you are busy at your work or college. This makes you feel fresh throughout the day and you can do your work fast and with refreshed mind.
Before start doing exercise, you have to design a schedule as to what type of exercise you have to do and for how much time you are going to do. It is better to have a plan before hand rather than getting confused about what to do and for how much time you have to do. But while designing your exercise table, you have to keep some points in your mind.
First you have to think about the calories you want to lose. Then you have to think about the calories you take. You can take help of your diet table for this. If you want to lose weight and if you 'know' that you have extra fat content in your body, you can make the calories you have to lose equal or a bit more than the calories you eat. Since you lose some calories in your daily activities, you have to keep them in mind too.
If you have fat in your body, after losing the number of calories you ate, the energy comes from the fat in your body. In that way you can remove the fat slowly. If you have a fit body and you don't have fat in your body, keep in mind to try to lose less number of calories than those you ate.
You can not directly go to strict exercise schedule from the very start. First you have to start with less time, by giving intervals in between. After some time, you have to increase the time and the number of calories. You can increase them once in two weeks by little amount.
If you are obese people you have to keep the above point in mind and have to slowly increase the time by starting from very little exercise at the beginning.
Besides these points, you have to keep in mind your health conditions. If you are perfect and don't have any health problems, you can continue with the exercise pattern by following the above tips.
If you have any long term or short term illness, you have to think about the problem and the type of exercise you do. If you have blood pressure(low or high), it is not advised to do heavy exercises. You can go for simple exercises and that too you have to do in your comfortable level. If you feel tired or you feel any problem, just stop the exercise.
By following these tips, you can determine the exercise schedule that suits you best.
