Doing cardio differently

How to get your cardio in.

So you go to the gym or workout at your house and now that you are done, you realize that you have to do cardio. Usually a lot of people skip the cardio workout or they think they get it from walking around the mall or walking around stores and what not. Make cardio fun, for example, try to go out for a run or a jog and get some fresh air while you are doing it.

Play a sport like basketball or even buy a punching bag or speed bag and get your cardio workout that way. If you have kids, play a game of baseball or go to the high school and run or walk around the track. Even buying a bicycle could be a beneficial cardio workout and you can see a difference and feel a difference in no time. I know this seems like common sense but seriously how many people actually take 15-30 minutes out of their day to do a cardio workout? Probably not a lot do so this is just reminding people that 15 minutes is not a long time and every person has 24 hours in a day so just do it. Always get a doctor’s approval before starting a routine.

Yep, playing with the kids is a great workout and they really, really like it. That moaning and groaning is a facade!LOL.
