Its always so hard to get the motivation to exercise, so why not make it fun? All you have to do is invite a friend or partner along. Then try to make it a bet. Such as “ I bet you 5 dollars I can run/swim faster then you” The person will agree and now you are exercising but you are having fun doing it because you want to win. Plus you only have to do this for about 2 weeks because after that 2 weeks time you will have turned exercising into a habit. So hears to a healthier you!
