Are You Fit?

The fitness industry is considered another big industry which is expected to grow at a very high rate.

During the younger days, one loses health to gain wealth and later in life one loses wealth to gain health

It is very important to stay fit. One must at least complete 3 hours of physical activity every week. Such activities include aerobics, brisk walking, climbing stairs, dancing, exercise, yoga, etc. One must have some physical activity scheduled as a part of his/her daily activity.

I t is extremely important to stay fit. With lifestyles getting more busy, people are neglecting their health and eating more and more junk food and traveling luxuriously. This has minimized the amount of physical activity, plus the huge amount to junk food serves as extra fat for the body. A fat person become lethargic and lazy and loses interest.

Today, almost everything has become easily accessible thus reducing the need for any physical activity. It is important to either go to the gymnasium everyday or include a morning/evening walk as a part of the daily routine.

Apart from this, one should also aim at eating healthy food which is more nutritious and preferably raw in nature. A person must ideally have 4-5 servings of fruits and salads a day and drinks 2 liters of water everyday. This not only helps control body weight, but also ensures that our body gets the appropriate vitamins and nutrients plus adds a glow to the skin and is a secret for living a better and wonderful life.
