A quick way to exercise and relieve stress at work or school.

Always remember to consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program.

Sitting straight with both feet planted firmly on the floor, your knees slightly bent apart. Remember to inhale and exhale in a controlled manner.

    1. Neck Stretch

Bring your left ear down to your left shoulder and hold. Gently roll your head down towards your chest, hold and roll to the right. Slowly roll your head back to an up position and do again, this time bring your right ear down and repeat the first step.
    2. Arm Circles

Extend your arms straight out to the side. Make small circles forward then reverse. You can make large circles or small circles. Pointing your fingers towards the wall or flattening your palms will work different muscles. Try a different muscle each day. Be sure to do the same exercise on both arms.
    3. Arm Reach

Stretch both arms over your head and reach for the ceiling. After 10 seconds, alternate extending the right hand higher than the left.
    4. Shoulder Touch

Try to touch your shoulder blades together. Hold then relax.
    5. Calf Stretch

Bring your toes up towards the front of your legs, while keeping your heels on the floor. Hold for 5-10 seconds. Return to starting position, and raise your heels. Leaving your toes on the floor, hold for 5-10 seconds.
