Gaining Weight is Not Impossible

Gaining weight is not hard if you put in a minimal effort.

Are you worrying that you are not looking good because you're not big enough? Women usually see you as just a little guy, are you happy with that? Are you frustrated that you searched for weight gain information almost everywhere, but you haven't found any information that you can really use? Even if you are a hard-gainer, gaining weight doesn't have to be a mountain to climb.

Eating is the most important factor that is needed to gain weight. You need to concentrate on eating more calories than you burn. You don't have to eat any and everything in sight, but you must eat more than you normally do. Carefully plan your meals with foods that will help you gain lean mass. Six small to medium meals are better than 3 large meals during the course of a 24 hour period. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and three other small meals scheduled throughout the day. The goal is to eat every 2.5 to 3 hours.

Although gaining weight requires a solid understanding of the science behind the subject, there is no reason that people need to be selling weight gain "secrets" since there is really no such thing. It's all science not magic or secrets.

As hard-gainers, your bodies want to maintain their current weight and rather you not be 220 pounds of solid muscle. They want to maintain a current body weight of 120-170 pounds and will do anything to keep your body in that current level. That's when you must realize that you and your body have different goals. Your body is not interested in the new found respect that women will show once you actually have pecks. Nope, your body is simply interested in maintaining a level around its current weight. Manipulating my body to grow is something that has taken me years to figure out

As previously stated, it is imperative to eat more calories than you burn in order to gain weight, however, if you don't add weights to your plan, than you will gain all fat and no muscle at all.You should at least work out 3 times a week. Of course, you can work out more, it just depends on your schedule and how free you are. You need to lift hard and then recover for the next workout. Focus on the big exercises such as squats, dead-lifts, bent-over rows, chin-ups, bench press, & military press. These are the exercises that will turn those extra calories into muscle. You need the multiple-joint lifts that will shock your system and stimulate your body into massive growth. Focus on getting strong by adding a small amount of weight each workout. If you focus on strength, size will follow. Case in point, look around at your local gym - the strongest guys are also the biggest. A lot of the time, the biggest guys are usually more show than anything else.

Weight gaining can be hard to do, but it's not impossible. You just have to push yourself into do the things necessary to excel.
