Do these exercises for 8 weeks for possible bigger biceps as I have and it worked for me.
1st exercise- start with a barbell and put light weight on it so you can do it for at least 10 reps. after do your ten reps, immediately pick up some light dumbbells and do reps of 10 as well. Do 3 sets and count both exercise as one set.
2nd exercise- do machine curls. Again do light weight and sets of 3.
Final exercise- finish up by doing incline dumbbell curls and again light weight and sets of three.
