you must do your cardio. Start your off running for 20 minutes 3 time a weeks. Do not push your self,
if you run out of breath, get stop and rest for a minute,but don?t stop for long that make your heart rate
slow down.Take a cool down walk , and speed it at first then slow down when you are ready to stop.
Make sure you do a complete stretching. Begin with 50 crunch. Keep your hand in front
your chest and lift up using your abs not your back. when you are coming down from a crunch,
do not use the ground to ?bounce? back into your next one.
Do as many push ups as you can do; push your limits as much as possible. Arms straight, bend all
the way down, your bottom must stay in line with your body, not pushed up in the air.
Do your leg lift. Start by laying on ether side and lift in your leg up in the air, bring it almost
all the way down, but do not let it touch you other leg. then switch.Do 20 reps on each side for starters,
you can increase as you progress with you workout.For added resistance, you may get a weight an hold it
on top of your thigh.
?Para? exercise. Lie flat on the ground with you arms outstretched in front of you. Lift up your legs
and arms and chest off the ground as high as you can for 10 seconds. Then back to starting position
and rest for 5 seconds. For good result, do a total of 10 reps.
Grab some weights and do 50 arm curls on each side. This is a basic starting work out,
begin with this and then when results cease, move on to a slightly more advanced one.
