Follow these steps and get fit quick as I have.
1.Food- Start the day off by eating a big breakfast. I usually start by eating eggs, pancakes, frenchtoast, and waffles.etc. You need carbs to stay energized during the day. As the day goes on, eat smaller meals.dont worry to much if you consume some fat foods; just try to stay away from junk food.
2. excersise- workout at least 3 days a week. Start doing cardio for at least 10 minutes and at the most 30 minutes. Than proceed and do free weights or machine weights. Do your chest and biceps first day, second day do shoulders and your triceps, day three, your back and neck and the last day, do your legs. Always do light weight and do reps pf 10-12 and for your chest shoulders back and legs, do total sets of 12 and for the smaller parts, do no more than 9 sets total.
