This is one of my best exercise programs yet. If you want to trim off some fat and put on some muscle this is the program for you! Yes I mostly write about politics but I need a break from all that crap today.
Okay. This program mostly offers strength. So this is what I want you to do before starting. Write down the weights you can lift of these exercises now and see what they are after you are done with my program.
This is the best way to increase your physical strength; after every work-set, stretch the muscle you just worked for twenty or thirty seconds. If you do this every time after every work set of every workout, by the end of this program, your strength will increase by twenty percent guaranteed! And I'm not charging a cent; this is my gift to a fat America.
The exercises include: dips. Chin ups. Bench. Squats. Sumo squats. Think bar holds. Calf rises. And leg presses warming up with about ten minutes of jogging would be a good idea. Good after workout meals are things with a lot of protein and carbohydrates. Like eggs and steaks. But also drink a lot of water while you're exercising. After your workout and meal yoga would be the best way to relax your muscles so they can start growing. (When you lift weights you're tearing your muscles down, but when you rest your muscles are rebuilding from the strain put on then from routines. Diet is also a large factor in the rest)
The magic three: exercise. Diet. And rest.
Also, we need to talk about the way you do these exercises. For each exercise, do five reps, and five sets. Five times five. Two warm up sets and three work sets. And never do more then three exercises in one workout. And never more then three workouts a week. And the best time of day to workout is in the morning I should add.
I know I promise results in six weeks, but if you are really overweight I can't promise those results in that amount of time. Just stay the course. But for the rest of you who are forty pounds or less overweight, I swear you when your six weeks is up… you will be ripped and stronger then ever before.
