Everyone's body is like a machine. What we fuel it with is what our body is going to burn. If we fuel it with fats and carbohydrates for example our body will burn these food types slowly. If we fuel it with protein and roughage our bodies will burn some of it slowly but will burn it more inefficiently.
Our bodies' need the correct fuel and need a jump start to get it going in the right direction. Walking daily aides in our body's circulation of nutrients, and blood flow to vital organs. It's like putting money in a slot machine and getting a product afterwards. Our bodies respond to how we treat it. If we treat it like it is a gold nugget then our bodies respond that way. If we treat it like beating a dead horse then our bodies react that way today.
We need to take care of our bodies. Getting the right amount of rest, walking at least daily but preferably twice a day for 15 minute each time; is healthy and will promote wellness within our bodies. Water will act as another component to speed up necessary expelling of bad things are bodies need to get rid of. Things like inhaled air chemicals, chemicals in processed foods, and carcinogens are expelled when we drink a lot of water. I cannot express enough the importance of walking and keeping a healthy diet.
