Firstly, follow a daily routine to form a good habit. We should have our breakfast, such as milk, eggs, bread and so on, in the morning, and have a short nap, even 30 minutes, at noon. Do some exercises in the afternoon, and have a pleasant feeling in the evening by listening to music, or something that can make us calm down.
Secondly, it is suggested that we should have a regular eating habits. Proper nutrition is necessary, but avoid food with lots of sugar and fat.
Thirdly, it is wise to release from work pressure now and then.
Finally, it is important to get rid of those bad habits that damage our health, such as drinking and smoking.
