How to Be Thin and Fit If You Don’t Like to Exercise

What to do if you are not a model from a Gatorade commercial and can’t feel any happiness by running in the park on a sunny day.

What to do if you are not a model from a Gatorade commercial and can't feel any happiness by running in the park in a sunny day? What to do if you can't enjoy exercise at all?

If you are like me, the mere suggestion of putting running clothes and go to the gym sounds like a bad joke. It is horrible to be forced by every single doctor to spend one daily hour in such an unpleasant activity, as exercise. Well… it is not only the health thing, is it? Of course, we need to be fit and thin if we want anyone to look at us. Society is a cruel game, and if we want to play, we must adapt.

In this article, I give tips if you don't like to exercise and the idea of going to the gym gives you nausea. Get thin and fit without getting annoyed.

Bike

One of the things that irritate me about exercises is the apparent lack of point. Even if your objective is to get thin and fit, those objectives are too faraway in time to be clearly associated to the exercise, so, here goes my tip. Give meaning to the exercise. That's right. Give it a concrete purpose that is not something as subjective as getting fit and thin.

That's why I gave the name “bike” to this topic. You see… biking in a gym is stupid. After a whole hour, you are in the same place and nothing actually happened. So… leave your car at the garage and go to work or college on your bike. It is good for the environment, will save you a couple bucks in gas, and help you getting thin and fit.

The rule is simple: use the bike whenever is humanly possible. Think of the car as the last resource.

Sex

That's right. Sex stimulates cardio-vascular activity, moves the blood through the veins, releases endorphins, and plus, it burns a lot of calories. Seriously… if you want to be thin and fit, you must improve your sex life not only in quantity but also in quality.

Assuming different positions in sex will not only make it funnier and “kinkier”, but will also burn more calories. Sex standing, for example, burns more calories than laid down. Anyhow, some sex is always better than no sex. In fact, even bad sex tends to be better than no sex. Sex has to be really bad, for a person to believe that not having it would had been better.

So… keep thin, fit and healthy having more sex.

Dance Dance Revolution

DDR - Arcade Version

“Dance Dance Revolution” (DDR) is a videogame where you place an electronic carpet on the floor and you must follow the dancing instructions on the screen to beat the game. If you are wondering… yes, it is possible to get thin and fit playing videogame.

The better you get in DDR, the faster the songs will be and you will burn more calories. It is hard in the first couple of days, but when you get the hang it, you will love it. It combines two great things: videogame and music. In fact, the last DDRs have workout modes, and the game counts the calories you lost. It's pretty good.

DDR is just one of the videogame options to help you get thin and fit, and that's the example I used because it's a Playstation game, which is the one I play. Some friend told me that there are Wii options for workout. You can research and choose the one you like most.

Well… I showed you three simple things to do if you want to stay thin and fit. These tips won't turn you to the prettiest person in the beach, but will help you not getting embarrassed when you have to take out your shirt there. Good luck.
