How to Get Thinner Arms, Firmer Breasts and Ease Back Pain All at Once

Do you have big arms, less-than-firm breasts and a big backache to go with it? Don't have a spare half hour every day? This exercise takes just 10 minutes a day and it is as easy as it gets.

So many people all over the world have unexplained back pain, and yet they do nothing about it! I had back pain for over a year and a half before i finally relented and went to the doctor.

She simply told me that my back muscles were not strong enough to support a 34 E chest without struggling. I didn't think that this would be a problem for an E chest, I thought that sort of thing would be left up to the Jordans and Jodie Marshs' of this World!

When she suggested giving me a special exercise I was apprehensive, I am not an exercise person, I felt a bit better when she said it takes only 10 minutes a day and is not strenuous.

The Exercise

Step 1: Get on your hands and knees on the floor (probably best to do this when no one's around if you can, you don't need the comments!) Hands facing slightly inwards.

Step 2:  Arch your back, keeping your head up and your arms straight, hold for 2 seconds.

Step 3: Slowly lower your back, curving your spine enough so that you can feel it, but not so much that you hurt yourself. At the Same time you lower your back, bend your arms at the elbow, hold for 2 seconds and then slowly straighten them again (your back should still be lowered when you lower your arms)

Step 4: Once your arms are straightened arch your back again and repeat this for about 10 minutes ( or about 2 and a half songs!)

It only takes about 10 seconds to get into the rythmn of this exercise. After having done this for a week,my back pain had stopped, after about 2 weeks my breasts were lifted and firmer and my arms were thinner!

You barely even have to break a sweat!
