Summer is here and there are a lot of things that I wanted to do in my list. I wanted to join taebo or aero-dancing; go to places I've never been; organize mini-gatherings for friends; the list simply goes on.
One thing that I particularly wanted to do this summer is to sweat out all the fats that I have accumulated for the past months. FYI, my work involves a lot of sitting down in front of a monitor, again more sitting down and a little eating here and there. Can you just imagine what my belly looks like by now? (Been in my job for almost a year or so...)
That is why I decided to enroll myself in aero-dancing. I actually started my first session and it was more on memorizing on the steps. It was pretty simple though - walking and jumping, with legs and arms coordination. But it's not really all that simple, you get to do it more than two sets of repititions or so - that is pretty sweaty!
The good thing about aero-dancing is I get to do the thing I love the most - dancing. I never had a time in my life where I didn't dance. It is a good stress reliever. I get to listen to music, be able to laugh and just simply enjoy moving around rhythmically. Aside from that, I get to burn those stubborn fats. I actually believe this is the best fat-burner for me. It is because I don't get to do boring stuff -- I enjoy it no less!
In aero-dancing, you get to groove with the music while losing weight; shaping, toning and detoxifying your body. It focuses more on the abdomen and other parts of the body where fats get easily absorbed. It is simply a combine fun with high/low energy aerobics!
I can't wait for the next sessions that we'll be having. I'm sure that there'll be more movements than the first meeting. I just can't wait to see the results. It's one thing I love about summer -- simply enjoying and having fun while staying healthy and fit!
