Are you an average American who can't figure out how to stay fit? Well if you are, then this is the road to fitness.
Now first off, you want to stay away from sugar, carbs and saturated fats. These will slow you down. You want to eat just regular food off the pyramid. Fruits and vegetables, meat, bread/pastas. Sports drinks are good too.
A good way to be fit is get a $70 dollar mountain bike. It doesn't have to be special, just something you can get from place to place. Ride for maybe a mile for starters. After a week of going a mile, you can maybe go 3 or 4 miles. Make sure you have water with you, you will die without water.
As I have in another health guide is you can work out a little more. I suggest dumb bells, the treadmill, bench pressing and the stair-step. Start at a little bit of weight on dumb bells and the bench, something you can do at least eight times easily. Then move it up if you are confident.
Taking a good morning jog everyday is also good too. If you go a mile or two and back (with water) then that would be great.
If you do all this then you should see a thinner, more active, fitter, and healthier you.
