Lose Weight and Feel Great: Exercise with Slim in Six DVD

Looking for a good workout dvd set? Well, this one you might like.

Slim in 6 workout dvds are a sure way to get fit.  There are three different workouts on one disc.  You start off by working out with Start It Up, then Ramp It Up, and finally Burn It Up. 

Start It Up is approximately thirty minutes.  It is fairly slow paced to get you used to the moves.  It starts out with the warm-up (which you should always do before beginning a workout), then it moves on to cardio, and ends with a cool down. 

Once you've gotten comfortable with the moves in Start It Up, you move on to Ramp it Up, as the name suggests, takes you a step further.  This workout is about 45 minutes long.  They incorporate what you've already learned in Start It Up but gets a little more intense.  No worries, you power through it with not too much of a problem.  I especially love the floor exercises because you can really feel your butt and legs getting a workout.  Ladies, I think we all want firmer, sexier bums, don't we? 

The last workout series is Burn it Up!  As the name also suggests, get ready to sweat and burn off that fat!  This workout is about 55 minutes long, but it is worth it.  You get a full body workout without the use or need of expensive gym equipment.  How cool is that? And who has time to got to the gym with a full-time job, the kids' soccer practice, piano lessons, checking homework, and time for the hubby.  And what about the cooking...need I say more??

This is definitely a dvd set worth looking into.  As I mentioned, it has three different levels of exercise for whatever level you may be at.  In addition, you do not have to race out with a gym bag on your lunch break or after work.  Just pop in the dvd in the comfort of your own home and get to burning off those unwanted pounds.
