Make Stretching a Part of Your Daily Lives

Stretching is good for your body and soul.

Before an athlete goes out to the field, he will warm his body by stretching.

When a dog or cat wakes up, the first thing they will do is stretch their body. Did ya ever notice that?

So why do animal and human stretch? It is a way to loosen up, to release tension and to enjoy lives.

Try stretching now. Yes, do it now. Don't just stretch your legs or arms. Try to sit on a comfortable place and stretch your whole body. From head to toes.

In fact the best place and time to stretch is before you get out of your bed every morning.
