Commitment, organization, and goal recognition are important steps to take. You can make time for exercise, no matter what your schedule.
Schedule It
Scheduling time for exercise in a busy day can be difficult. However, there is always something you can take a few more minutes for. If you work full time, go to school, take care of the household and children, you can still schedule exercise time.
Split it Up
If you cannot schedule a large block of exercise time in your busy day, you can split up the exercise into manageable pieces. Fifteen minutes of dancing in the morning, fifty crunches and push-ups in the afternoon, and a twenty-minute walk in the evening will get you all the exercise you need.
Give Yourself Goals
One of the best ways to force yourself to schedule exercise into your busy day is to inspire yourself to work out. Set fitness goals and assign prizes for completing them. Some prizes for making time for exercise could include spa treatments, new outfits, or new jewelry. Making time for exercise is a task worthy of recognition.
