Maximize your strength

Learn how too get real strong and get there quick.

You want to get strong and you want to do it in a short time. Well the first step is knowing what you are going to work on when you go to the gym. If you want to get stronger than my advice is too train two muscles when you workout. Do a big muscle like chest with a smaller muscle like bis or tris. Do a warm up set for big muscles, follow up by 3 heavy sets, even if you can only do a few reps than do it. Every week when you go back to the gym try doing the same about of weight that you have done the previous week. Keep repeating this for about four weeks and than on the fifth week add on about five pounds too each exercise. By doing this for 3 months you will notice a huge difference in your strength, so you might want to keep track of your progress by keeping a written log of what you did. Another way to build strength quick is once a week, on an off day, is too do a few sets of flat bar bench presses, dead lifts, barbell shoulder presses, and squats. I personally think going this route would be the easiest way to gain strength quickly.
