No weights no problem

Follow this workout routine even if you have no wights or gym pass.

You want to start working out but you have no money for a gym or weights of your own. Follow this routine than from your own home.

  1. Start with regular push-ups and try to do at least ten or twelve.
  2. Do incline push-ups, meaning push-ups on and incline, so you can do this on a couch or table pr whatever you decide.
  3. Do decline push-ups now and do this of a couch or bed and let your body come off it and let your feet stay on the bed or couch and start doing push-ups that way.
  4. Now do dips, again try to do it off a couch or a chair and do it for ten times if you can.
  5. Now do some sit-ups.

Now when you do this do the exercises right after one another and do these two or three times in a row and take a few minutes and start over again and than do it once more that way you really work your body. Always get your doctor’s approval before starting any routine. Oh and there is another form of a push up you can do, get two chairs and do a push up in between them.
