One Easy Exercise You Can Do in No Time at All for Thin Thighs, a Trim Tummy, and a Firm Bottom

If you want thinner thighs, a tighter tummy and a firmer bottom but don't have extra time to work out, try this super quick and easy exercise you can do almost anywhere, any time.

Most of us have busy lives and not enough time in the day. for a full workout.   That does not have to mean we can't look and feel good!    You can do this simple exercise anywhere, in front of the ironing board, in the shower, while using your blow-dryer or curling iron.  I stand in front of the mirror and do this while I am using my electric  toothbrush.  As you try this excercise for yourself you'll see your body improve in just a few days.

Stand on your toes with your heels bent inward pointing to each other.   Slowly, deliberately lower your body a few inches  by bending your knees slightly outward  (staying on your toes) and then rise back up again.    While doing this, keep your buttocks tight and tucked under and tighten your stomach muscles.  As you do a few repetitions, you'll feel it along your inner and outer thigh and your buttocks will get a beneficial work out.   When you are first learning this exercise, it is good to have one hand on something for balance.  This is also great to do in an elevator or in the shower or when standing in front of the sink.

Start with a just few repetitions a day and work your way to increased repetitions.  The benefit is in using your muscles effectively, not in the speed or quantity of the reps.   You'll feel the benefits very quickly and don't need to over do it in the beginning.  You don't need diet pills to get a firm bod and have more energy.
