Good idea about going in the morning. Gets you going for the day. Night exercise keeps me up.

good article. planning the route is the best point for me. being aimless takes away from the run. the goal makes you keep going.

Good advice and the walkjogrun website is awesome! I can\'t imagine running without my iPod either.. time goes by too slow wihtout music.

Me and my dogs have (pretty much) that same routine down. I grab my zune, hook up my dogs, and we go out for our walk every morning. These are some great tips.

I like the "set goals". It worked for me, I progressed for 2 months, starting at 1 mile, to be able to run a 10K!

It is easy to see how running could be viewed as a chore! The article points out excellent ways to lessen the load, I think running with a partner is also key to keeping a routine!

This was great, running is such a healthy exercise and it's addicting. I love listening to my iPod when running, it helps get me pumped up. But I should start planning my route, nice advice.
