Seven Ways to Stay Fit

Seven ways you can loose that unwanted weight and keep it off! It will change your life.

  1. Control your eating habits before they control you
  2. Exercise at least 30 minutes to an hour each day. Or just walk a treadmill for 30 minutes.
  3. If you find yourself hungry all day long. Find something else of interest. Go to the park. Take a walk outside. Go fishing. Go swimming.
  4. Get help from a friend or family member. They do care in someway about your health. You just need the rite motivation.
  5. Keep a notebook with you. Write down what you eat everyday. So you can keep track and regulate the portions of your food intake. Because the small meals do add up. If you eat all day. Then do not set down and devour a whole roast or bucket of fried chicken. That's it for today. You ate all those things during the day. You don't need another bite.
  6. Try eating just one meal a day for a while. You surly will begin to loose wait. Now I don't mean a plate the size of a turkey pan. Do not pile the plate. Cause if it looks like two plates, then it is too much.
  7. This seventh way is a secret for all overweight people on the planet. The way to loose that weight is to read number 6 again. Yes that's rite, number 6. I know, I know, “I can't do that!” Yes you can. Cause this is called body training. Body training trains your body into a slim body. Because the longer you do it, the more your body adapts to it. And you begin to start filling full. Then your stomach starts shrinking in size. Ultimately cause you to drop all your weight.
