Step 1
Eating right is one of the most important steps in achieving a Six Pack. If you have the nicest abs ever, and they are buried under a layer of fat, that won't help you a bit! Eat lots of fruits and vegetables because they will keep you full between meals, making you eat less. Also try to avoid foods such as white bread, pasta, soda, candy, dessert, fast food, hydrogenated oils, sugars and fructose corn syrup.
Step 2
Exercise. Do what ever you can to get yourself off the couch. Don't try too hard or you will lose interest in your goal! Thats why you can do lots of excersive and have whole day breaks or you can do little exercises and do them everyday. Which ever one works for your daily schedule will be fine as long as you keep at it and don't quit. Try these excercises as they will achieve your goal much faster:
- Stomach crunch
- Leg raise
- Sit ups
Step 3
Have confidence! Its better to keep thinking you can do this than you can't. The more confidence you have in yourself, the more you are determened to achieve this! If you don't have confidence, you will quickly lose interest, wasting all your time with all the excercises you have already done.
