The rebounder is a wonderful way to sneak in some exercise throughout your day. Many people find exercising boring and therefore abandon it altogether. There is nothing boring about jumping on a trampoline. If you're sitting there watching TV or listening to music then go in your closet and pull out your mini trampoline and start jumping. It's fun and passes the time all while stimulating every cell in your body simultaneously.
Don't use the excuse that you're tired because this will give you energy. Don't use the excuse you don't want to be up all night either because this will help you sleep as well. Jumping on a rebounder strengthens your immune system, stimulates major organs, and strengthens your muscles, tendons, and ligaments without putting strain on any of your joints. The movement of your body increases the movement of your lymph fluid which assists with the elimination of toxins.
So get yourself out there and pick up a 30 dollar rebounder that you can store in your closet and pull out the next time you are watching TV and jump your heart away. What's more fun than that? I do however; recommend starting out slow and increasing your time as you go so as not to put too much strain on yourself. Let's face it, it's fun but it's still exercise;)
