The Miraculous Healing Power of Exercise

Does exercise have the power to heal? Can you really treat depression, arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and other illnesses with exercise? Can exercise lower your risk of developing certain cancers?

We all know that exercise has many health benefits. Daily physical activity plays an important role in maintaining your health. Does exercise have the power to heal? Can you really treat depression, arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and other illnesses with exercise? Can exercise lower your risk of developing certain cancers?

Numerous medical studies show that 90 to 120 minutes a week of exercise or more can help heal your body. Exercise has the ability to turn back your physiological clock and boost your body's internal systems. Exercise eliminates triglycerides in the body by using them up. As triglyceride levels fall, HDL cholesterol levels rise which reduces the risk of heart disease. Diabetes mellitus or high blood sugar can be completely reversed with exercise. It is a known fact that 50% of Type 2 diabetes cases can be eliminated with proper exercise.

No matter what diet plan you use, exercise is essential to keeping the weight off and preventing disease. According to extensive research to treat high blood pressure mild to moderate exercise for 30 to 60 minutes five times a week will do the trick. Physical activity like walking, biking, jogging, swimming, light weight lifting is great for people who suffer from high blood pressure. Arthritis is a joint inflammation condition that one in seven Americans suffer from which can also be treated with proper exercise. By just adding a walking program into your daily routine and regular strengthening exercises over time can treat arthritis.

Make sure you have consulted your doctor before beginning any new exercise program. Exercise three to four times a week can also lift your spirits and treat different levels of depression. Physical activity is a positive distraction from your daily stressors. It has the same effect has most standard antidepressant medications by increasing dopamine and serotonin levels in your brain.

Other conditions like fibromyalgia and back pain can be treated with a healthy dose of exercise. Studies even show that people who exercise reduce their risk of developing many of the cancers that kill millions of people every year. Exercise can heal the body in many ways.

Ange Perdu,
Your article is nearly an exact copy of the book jacket of our book, "The Healing Power of Exercise." You should really use your own words. In fact the writing about our book on Amazon states the follwing:
"Do you have the time to exercise 90 to 120 minutes a week (that’s just 30 to 40 minutes three times a week)? If you do, medical studies indicate that you can accomplish a death-defying act. You will feel better, roll back your physiological clock...." You should have at least given us credit for the title of "your" article and the script of "your" article.
