The Naked Cowboy aka Robert Burck is not a person who can be missed even in the crazy crowd of the Times square. This 37 year old can be spotted standing on Times Square on any given day in just his tighty whities (with Naked Cowboy printed on the back), boots and his cowboy hat.

Wow, look at those abs and well toned body! He shares the secret to his - ‘ripped to the bone physique', as he likes to call it. He believes exercising is fun and does not like to call it ‘tedious'. "Once you do that, you'll be pitting against what you'd rather be doing, and a kingdom that is divided cannot stand", says Robert. He lifts weights daily and then runs for nearly two hours.
Naked, as he likes to be referred to, goes on to say "Any improvement you make to your body will wash into the other areas of your life, because when you feel better, you are better". Apparently, Robert has trademarked the Naked Cowboy signature look with his underwear as the only piece of clothing and a hat, boots and guitar as accessories. This can only mean one thing - he feels good about himself to the extent of wanting to trademark his look, he looks good and is doing pretty good for himself. He stays in a hotel in the city and drives an SUV.

"I was a little bit chunky in fifth grade," he recalls. "One day, I went running and I sweat. I felt like an adult. So I started running every day. Now, this long-distance runner participates regularly in New York City marathons.
This 199 pounds 6 feet 3 inches tall fella wants to remain fit way for the rest of his life. "Why settle for what's reasonable? If you want to have an unbelievable body, then you should strive for an unbelievable body." And that is not all - he wants to be the most celebrated philanthropist, the best-built man in the entire world and the most celebrated entertainer ever.
He loves being able to be with everyone at once, to be completely at peace in the world. It's a challenge when you're both naked and a cowboy and playing for people out on the streets of Manhattan!
