Three Simple Steps to Get in Shape for Life

Just follow these simple steps daily, and you can lose a pound a week with hardly any exercise and no diet.

With failing will power and more and more diet hypes, it's harder and harder to lose weight and stay in shape! However, by taking simple steps towards weight loss, you can lose a drastic amount of weight and keep it off without even trying!

Below is my formula for success; it's how I lost 35lbs in a matter of months! 1lb of fat is equal to 3500 calories, and if you follow these simple steps below, you will lose at least a lb of fat a week with hardly any work! Try it!

Walk 

Walking at a moderate pace for half an hour a day can burn as much as 300 calories!

Calories burned: 300 daily

Cut that piece of pizza 

Cutting one piece of pizza, slice of bread, or piece of candy can eliminate as much as 200 calories from your diet. Even if you don't want to follow that dreaded diet, anyone can easily eliminate one piece of food daily from their diet! 200 calories are equal to a large cup of yogurt or two eggs! It's easier than you think.

Drink Water 

Drinking half a gallon of water a day (that's eight cups spread over 24 hours) has been proven to burn 10lbs of pure fat a year! And all you have to do is drink water! On top of that, water keeps your appetite satisfied, and keeps your bodily functions all in order. It's just a smart thing to do!

Calories burned: 95 daily

Calories Total: 595 daily

Follow these simple steps and you will burn up to 600 calories daily without really doing anything!
