Three Things That Make You Stronger |

A simple guide to everyday fitness. |
- How many push-ups can you do in a row? 3? 5? 10? However many it is, try to do this amount at least 3 times a day. If you're watching TV and some ads come on, make a little effort. Every time you commit to a minute of exercise, you are building physical, and just as importantly, mental stamina.
- Every time you exercise, make sure that you think over how much this is helping you. Workouts don't have to be grueling, they have to be rewarding. Feel good after you do a few push-ups. Your body will soon want to do more and more, and your appetite for fitness will grow.
- Do you have a large weight lying around that you have trouble lifting? After a couple days of exercise, try lifting this weight everyday. See if you can lift it more times than you could yesterday. This way, you can see your own growth and challenge your self to do better.
