Tips for bodybuilding

Learn the difference between working out and bodybuilding, bodybuilding is weight training with the goal of gaining size, while working out is going to be fit

Figure out your Body Type. There are three main body types, Mesomorph, Ectomorph, and Endomorph.

An Ectomorph will have a small body, will be naturally skinny, and have a hard tiem gaining weight. An endomorph will be "fat", and gain (fat and muscle) weight quickly but finds it hard to loose. A Mesomorph has best of both worlds. They are skinny, and build muscle very easily.

Make a lifting schedule based off of your body type. An Ectomorph should do heavy weight for a large period of time. An Endomorph should lift lighter weight for a longer period of time. A mesomorph should do moderate weight for a moderate amount of time.

Be sure your schedule works with all parts of your body

Try not to take too many days off

Try to do as much cardio as you can
