Here are 3 key elements that will help you shape your body. They will work only if you include them in your workout:
- Tuna, milk “proper nutrition”
- The motivation for a workout
- Rest “repairs muscle fatigue”
When you first begin you must remember that you will have to stick to whatever you choose to do. From experience I have realized that to have a great body you have to stick to your routine and never give up their will be times when you feel like your not improving at all, but all you have to do is give its some time.
Remember when choosing a work out routine start with a small warm up exercise such as push-ups or pull-ups that will get your blood flowing so that you don't pull a muscle. Your workout routine must include exercises that improve your muscles in the following areas: chest, biceps, shoulders, back, abs, and legs.
There are 2 ways to organize the muscle groups and you have 2 choices. One its either you workout all you muscles in 1 day and rest the next, or two you workout all your muscles except your legs and you save it for the next day.
Beginners will need to do “appropriate” exercises that start the going of their metabolism. Exercises such as “Spiderman push-ups”, squats, and exercises that require high agility over a short time period, or as some call it high intensity workouts. People often wonder what length of workout you need to have to see results quickly. The real answer is for you to workout until you feel slightly sore in a muscle group or area.
Why Tuna?

Most of you know what creatine is. Creatine is a supplement that many body builders take; it is one of the closest things people find to steroids that “is” legal. Creatine does show results, results that you can see quickly.
The downside of all that is, that if you start using creatine your muscles become water based, or soft, sure many people think what could the harm be if my muscles become water based. If your muscles become water based, mostly in result of some sort of supplement that is not organic that the moment you stop working out your muscles will become floppy and over time loose their strength and ability, anyways back to the subject here, why tuna?
Tuna is the most cost effective, organic supplement that anyone can take “Tuna” itself has a vast amount of protein, and can be easily put into a quick snack. Creatine is made from fish, like tuna but the fact that creatine is not organic makes it be like a medicine for your body. Tuna on the other hand is organic and will get into your blood stream more quickly, most of the protein shakes people have come out the other end and don't get absorbed into the blood stream due to lack of antioxidants.
Proper nutrition will get you the results you want, which means you cannot over eat, overeating is when you feel that you have ate until you cant eat anymore, or you feel your stomach sort of expanded, no more of that! Eat to the point were your full, but not expanding your stomach.
Are You Motivated For Your Workout?

Being motivated stimulates your brain to release chemicals that give your muscles the energy for your work out, and the power stay focused.
A lot of people that start working out are usually great in the beginning, but at the point when it starts feeling like routine they give up or quit or just forget about it. Your best bet is to get a partner and do workouts together and when one of you starts thinking about quitting or not working out you can help each other stay focused and motivated to workout. “Humans are good beginners, and lame Enders.” It's true, so if you really want a “great body” and you don't have one. Then only you no the reason why.
Why Do We Need To Rest?!

If you start working out and you don't rest your muscles wont have time to repair themselves and grow, when you workout and feel sore your actually hurting your muscle and tearing it a little bit, when you rest and have the proper nutrition the food “tuna” which you ate will repair your muscles over themselves, and make them bigger, stronger and ready for the next workout. Another very important thing not to forget is to always challenge yourself in the weight that you do. It's important because if you increase “overtime” then your brain stimulates your muscles to grow they get stronger and harder.
You can't always stick to the same weight or your muscles will stay the same as your weight, if you don't increase your weight, then your muscles will not increase. Increasing weight over time that is. Not right away, start with something low and small and easy to do, to get your technique in at first. Then build upon what you have stretched and become a body builder.
