About 80 million adults exercise regularly. In a national survey, the highest percentage of regular walkers came from men ages 65 and older. Walking has always been a very popular and exciting exercise. Presidents walk too! The most famous presidents that walk include Jefferson, Lincoln, and Truman. People walk for many reasons such as, to get rid of tension, to find solitude, or just to get from on place to another.
Walking burns about the same amount of energy as jogging. Some great things about walk are that almost anyone can do it, it can be done almost anywhere, it can be done almost anytime, and weather doesn't affect walking as much as other sports. In Conclusion, running is great thing and everyone in the world should do it regularly to keep a very healthy body.
